摘要
本文研究了卟啉与蛋白复合物的荧光特性,讨论了这一特性与目前临床诊断中所选择癌固有荧光特征峰的关系。
The fluorescence character of porphyrins, protin and porphyrin-protein complex was studied. It was observed that fluorescence sensitization excited by the wavelength light of 337, 365 and 405 nm was similar to the autofluorescence spectra induced by Ne, Xe laser light from malignant tumours tissues and excited by the wavelength light of 405 nm from cancerous patient serum. The relationship between the autofluoescence of malignant tumours and accumulation of porphyrins in malignant tomours was discussed.
