摘要
本文采用偏振塞曼原子吸收法,血液基体匹配标准,以Ca作基体改进剂直接测定人体全血中痕量硅,既降低了硅原子化温度又提高了硅的测定灵敏度,克服了血液基体的干扰。方法的相对标准偏差小于5.0%,回收率在95.8~106%之间。
in this paper, the content of silicon in blood of human body is directly measuredby Z-7000 polarized zeeman AAS. This paper studies a seletive test of ashing and atomizingtemperature and interference factors with calcium matrix improver and graphite tube withwolfram-coated and the standard solution matched with blood matrix. The result is foundthat this method not only reduces silicon's atomizing temperature, but also improves itssensitivity and avoids the interference of blood matrix. The RSD is less than 5. 0%. The recovery is from 95. 8% to 106%.
