摘要
本文研究了As、Sb、Bi、Hg、Se、Te、Ph、Sn和Ge九种元素特种空心阴极灯的不同的峰值电流与荧光强度关系、特征辐射强度的稳定性以及温度变化对稳定性的影响等分析特性。并对各元素3的检出限、线性范围及灯的使用寿命作了全面的报道。为特种空心阴极灯在氢化物原于荧光光谱法中的应用提供了大量基础实验数据。
Some features of special hollow-cathode lamps of 9 hydride forming elements(As,Sb,Bi,Hg,Se, Te,Ph,Sn and Ge),including relation between differently pulsed peak current and atomic fluorescence intensity,stability of characteristic radiation intensity and temperature influence on the stability,are studied.The detection limits,linear dynamic ranges and HCl lifetime for these elements are introduced comprehensively.These works provide a lot of foundmentol experiment informations for AFS'
