摘要 本文利用FTIR法研究了牛胰核糖核酸酶(RNaseA)二级结构随温度的变化。结果表明,α-螺旋结构随温度的变化较大,β-折叠的结构变化是一个比较复杂的过程。 The secondary structure of RNase A under different temperatures has been studied by FTIR spectroscopy. The broad amide I band was analyzed by using deconvolution and curve-fitting process. Absorption bands were assigned to the present of α-hences, β-sheets,turns, or random structure, contents of the α-helix will decrease gradually with the rising of the temperature (from about 40℃ to 70℃ )' Contents of the sheet will also decrease with the rising of the temperature. Only at the temperature of about 55℃ does the content change take place.
