摘要
本文研究了无机及有机基体改进剂对血清中锗的灰化曲线的影响,以及对锗的增感效应。为血清中痕量锗的分析,提供了一个直接、快速、准确的方法。
Matrix modification including inorganic and organic matrix modifiers for the deter'mination of gerrnanium by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is studied. The ashing temperatures, atotnization behaviors and the mechanisms of enhancement of germanium signal are discussed. A direct, rapid and accurate method is applied to the determination of trace germaniurn in human serum.
