142名健康成人血清铜的含量测定

DETERMINATION OF THE SERUM COPPER CONTENT IN 142 HEALTHY ADULTS

本文用原子吸收法对吉林市１４２名健康成人血清铜的含量进行了测定。结果表明，男性血清铜值稍低于女性，但经统计学处理无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提出其正常值范围。

We detected the serum copper content for 142 healthy adults using AAS. The results show that the serum copper content of men is slightly lower than that of women, but statistically there is no notable difference (P>0.05).The normal range of the serum copper in adults is given.
