摘要 研究了Ca3La3(Bo3)5中Dy3+的光致发光,Ce3+或Bi3+对Dy3+发光的敏化作用,Dy3+自身浓度猝灭和Ce3+→Dy3+能量传递的机理。 in this paper, the photoluminescence of Dy3+ mon-doped or Ce3+(Bi3+) and Dy3+codoped Ca3La3 (BO3)5 samples and the dependence of Dy3+and Ce3+ luminescent intensities on compositions excited by UV light have been studied. The results obtained indicate that both Ce3+ and Bi3+ can sensitize the liminescence of Dy3+, but the sensitization of Ce3+is much stronger that of Bi3+. The mechanism of the energy transfer from Ce3+ to Dy3+ has been studied too and it is concluded lobe a resonant transfer of electric dipole-dipole interaction. According to the dependence of the luminescent intensities on the concentration of Dy3+ in Ca3La3 (BO3)5: Dy3+ under the excitation of 351nm, it has been confirmed that the mechanism of concentration selfquenching of Dy3+ is an eletric dipole-quadrupole interaction.
