摘要
本文研制出调频响应达１．３ＧＨｚ的ＬＤ模块，并根据ＷＤＭ系统传输实验的需要，研制出频率稳定度优于上１５０ＭＨｚ的２．４Ｇｂ／ｓ光发送机。该发送机现已成功地用于２．４Ｇｂ／ｓ光通信系统的传输实验中。
The DFB-LD module with 1. 3 GHz FM responce and 2.4 Gb/s optical transmitter with ± 150 MHz frequency stability are developed. The transmitters have been used in 2. 4 Gb/s transmission experiment of optical communication system.
