摘要 本文报道1.55μm及1.31μm波段带单模尾纤的GRIN透镜型Fabry—Perot腔可调谐光滤波器的研制。器件在较宽的自由谱区内有良好的滤光特性。文中介绍了器件的工作原理及其结构设计和制作关键,并给出了用光谱分析方法测得的结果。 The compact fabry-perot type tunable optical filters with single mode fiber pigtailed GRIN lens at 1. 5μm or 1. 31μm band have been developed. The devices preserve high performance over a wide free spectral range. In this paper,we first introduce the opera tion principle,structure and key factors for fabrication. The measured results by the method of spectral analysis are also given.
