摘要
讨论了在重庆大学研制的MAS-1微机定量图像分析仪上进行渗碳层金相分析的方法,介绍了在该系统上进行渗碳层金相分析的设计思想以及具体测试过程,为产品质量检测及新产品试制提供了准确、快速的理化定量分析手段,有效地保证了产品质量、提高了理化检测水平。
This paper discussed the method of measuring the depth of carburized layer by using microcomputer image analysis system,and introduced the design consideration and paracticalmeasuring procedure.The method discussed may offer fast and accurate way of quantitative analysis for chemical and physical testing,and may upgrade the testing level and assure product quality effectively.
