摘要
给出了具有积累特性的SEC摄像管靶极信号电流与读出扫描速率的关系。慢读出使用时,解决图像信号微弱的办法是采用取样读出。指出了靶电荷拾取深度与靶极电压有关及靶极电压最佳值的确定方法,讨论了SEC管使用中的一些具体技术问题及解决办法。
The relation between target signal current and deflecting rate of the secondary electron conduction target vidicon(SECTV)which has accumulating effect is presented.When theSECTV is used in slow read out,sample read out is used to increase the reading signal cur-rent.The picked-up depth of target charges is related to the target voltage. The method todefine the optimal value of target voitage is given,Some technological problems in using theSECTV and its solved methods are discussed.
