沼泽型水牛血清中性激素在性周期中的变化规律研究 被引量:5

摘要 应用放射免疫测定法对广东沼泽型水牛血清中雌二醉与孕酮含量进行测定。结果表明,广东沼泽型水牛自然性周期血清中雌二醇与孕酮含量主要指标高于国外沼泽型水牛并且具有不同的变化规律,人工性周期血清中雌二醇平均值和高岭波平均值分别是自然性周期的8.39倍和27.49倍,孕酮含量差异不显著。
