圆刻机分度误差和测点数关系的研究

Study of the Relationship Between the Number of Test-Points and the Error in Circle Dividing

通过对圆分度测试时取点数的具体分析研究，说明了测试点数与误差的关系，即测点数太少会漏测粗大误差，从而不能正确地反映仪器的误差，达不到较好的工艺要求。

In this paper, the relationship between the nmber of test-points and the error is presented by analyzing and researching in the effect of the number of test-points takcn duri g testing Cir-cle dividing. Taking fewer testpoints sometime induces the missing of large error. Therefo, the device's error can't be correctly rcflected and better technological repuiremcnt can' t be met.
