摘要
本文叙述了新研制的软X射线皮秒分幅相机用于现场实验的有关技术,解决了结构安装、抗电磁干扰、触发同步、性能测试,成象系统描准等问题,并获得两束激光对打玻璃球靶和激光与平面靶相互作用产的等离子的喷射图象。整个系统空间分辨率<20μm,时间分辨率75ps(FWHM),触发晃动(80%发次)<±30ps,图象清晰,几何畸变<±5%。
A newly devefoped soft X-ray picosecond framing camera has been used in the laser-matter interaction experiments.A series of technique problems,such as proper installation,anti-electromagnetr interference,image aligiment and synchronization,have been soveled.Three framing images of laser-target interaction have been obtained with dynamic spatial resolution of < 20um,temporal resolution of 75ps(FWHM),jitter of less than ±30ps for 80%shots and geometric distortico of less than 5%.
