摘要
本文介绍了用溶体提拉法生长Ce:Eu:LiNbO3晶体,并以该晶体作为相位共轭镜,采用四波混频方法实现了相位共轭波输出,在全光学实时全息关联存储系统中取得了良好的结果。
In this paper,Ce:Eu:LiNbO3 crystal was grown from melt by Czochralski method.A phase conjugate wave was obtained by four-wave mixing technique。Using Ce:Eu:LiNbO3 as phase conjugate mirror(PCM),the teal-time holographic associative memory was realised。
