摘要
本文作者根据赴加、美考察ＣＡＴＶ事业发展情况，详细系统地介绍了“高速信息公路”的概念、基础网络、关键技术、新技术信息，及其与ＣＡＴＶ网的关系，并在总结分析的基础上，对发展我国ＣＡＴＶ网的规划、设计及施工等各方面提出了个人设想。
According to the investigation on CATV in Canada and USA, the author cxpounds concept, basic network, key technology and new technical news of 'Information superhighway'and the relationship between CATV and 'information superhighwat'. By analysing and summarizing, the author puts forward the personal idea about planning, design and construction of CATV.
