摘要
原料芝麻仅用１３步程序，５道工序，约８小时的短（流）程脱胶，制得精干麻的残胶率低，强度高，白度很高，达到纺高支纱的要求。
A shortened degumming process of ramie is used.only using 13 procedures,5 processes and 8 hours of producing times.The residual gum and hard handle fiber contents of resulted degummed ramie is very low(1.78% and 5.78%),the tenacity of single fiber is high (8.36oN/dtex),and the whiteness is very high(73.0).
