摘要
本文从切片质量指标的分析出发，简要地讨论了各项指标的意义和作用，对作用最大的三项：特性粘度、熔点和端羧基含量进行了较为详细的分析．根据特性粘度、熔点和端羧基具体数值对切片质量的影响，将切片划分成４类１２种。由此对切片质量、可纺性、纤维品质和适纺规格等作出相应的判断，使我们在切片质量的判断上有一个量的标准。
This paper discusses the significance and the functions of the various property indexes of polyester chip through theoretical analysis and practical experience, especially the three most important indexes:inherent viscosity, melting point and percentage of carboxyl end group. According to the three indexes of the chip, the author devides the chip into 12 kinds of four groups, and makes relative judgement to the chip quality, spinnability and fiber quality.
