常压易染涤纶纤维的研制

STUDY OF EASE-DYING PET FIBER UNDER NORMAL PRESSURE

本文阐述以普通涤纶的染色理论为基础．采用聚醚酯类高聚物作为改性剂与普通涤纶（ＰＥＳ）切片熔融共混纺丝的方法．成功地研制出常压佛染深色涤纶纤维。讨论了各种添加改性剂的加入量对可纺性、纤维结构与性能的影响，选择并复配了最佳改性剂．实验认为，理想的加入量为５～１０％范围．经常压染可获得具有优良综合性能的深色涤纶纤维。

Is this article, it is discussed the combined spinning means to produce PET fiber of good properties by ordinary PET chips with polyester ether alloy. The modifier with optimum effect is selected and synthetized. The optimum adding range is 5￣10%.
