摘要
本文主要论述采用微型计算机控制.应用快速控制方式.实现数字触发小容量速度闭环直流控制主轴.数控优化切削用量和分度.成功地解决了高精度小孔径斜孔钻床加工合金的问题,并明显地提高了加工质量和自动化程度.取得了较好的经济效益。
This paper provides a method of machining a]loy for small tilted hole drilling machine with high accuracy' By incorporating micro - computer control and fast controlmethod, shaft conttol, which belongs to small capacity speed closed - loop DC controlwith digital trigger,is achieved. Cutting outputs and indexing are optimized. Thus it improves machining quality alld automatic degree. It also gets a good economical benefit.
