正中神经与尺神经在前臂的吻合及其临床意义

MEDIAN-ULNAR NERVE ANASTOMOSIS IN THE FOREARM AND ITS CLINICAL APPLICATION

在５９例成人上肢标本上解剖观测了正中神经与尺神经在前臂的吻合及分布。正中神经或骨间前神经与尺神经吻合的出现率为３３．９％，它们发出吻合支的部位分别是内、外上髁连线远侧平均２７ｍｍ和９８ｍｍ处，吻合支平均长７６ｍｍ；骨间前神经和尺神经发出支配指深屈肌肌支的部位分别在内、外上髁连线远侧平均８４ｍｍ和３５ｍｍ处，分别支配第二、三、四、五指深屈肌和第五、四、三指深屈肌；拇长屈肌或指深屈肌的副头有４０例。用组织学方法，另观测了３例新鲜标本的吻合支，它为混合性纤维，运动纤维平均有２４７根（２２０～２６３）。

Anastomosis and distribution of median and ulnar nerves in the forearm were dissected,observed and measured on 59 adult cadaveric upper limb specimens. The appearance rate of median-ulnar nerve anastomosis was 33.9%. The position of the anastomotic branchs of median and ulnar nerve was respectively 27mm and 98mm at a distance to the line between medial and lateral epicondyli; and its length was 76mm. The flexor digitorum profundus muscles Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ and Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ were respectively innervated by Anterior interossous nerve and ulnar nerve, and the place innervated by anterior interossous nerve and ulnar nerve were 84mm and 35mm respectively, at a distance to the line between medial and lateral epicondyli. There were 40 Gantzer's muscle of flexor digitorum profundus or flexor pollicis longus. Besides, the anastomotic branchs were observed and measured in 3 fresh cadaveric specimens using histological method, and they were believed to be mixed fibres, in which the motor fibres were 247(220～263).
