PEG沉淀法联合单向扩散法对SLE循环免疫复合物的检测

CIRCULATORY IMMUNOCOMPLEX DETERMINATION WITH PEG METHOD AND SIMPLE IMMUNODIFFUSION TEST IN PATIENTS WITH SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS

用ＰＥＧ沉淀法联合单向扩散法，对３４例系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）患者及６０例正常人可溶性循环免疫复合物（ＣＩＣ）中ＩｇＧ型、ＩｇＭ型及Ｃ３成份作了检测。结果表明，检测这三种ＣＩＣ对ＳＬＥ病机的分析、病情估计和疗效判断都具有重要意义。该法具有简便、灵敏、可靠和可定量的特点。

IgG,IgM and C3 components in cirulatory immunocomplexes were measured by polyethylene glycol precipitation(PEG)method and simple immunodiffusion test in sera from 34 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and 60 healthy adults.The results indicated that classic determinations of circulatory immunocomplex are very important for studying pathogenesis,prognosis of illness and assessing the therapeutic effect of SLE.The techinque is simple and reliable.Its result is quantitative.
