新生儿脐血红细胞铁蛋白含量的测定

CONTENTS OF FERRITIN IN RED CELLS OF NEWBRON CORD BLOOD

用放射免疫测定法检测１２６名足月新生儿脐血红细胞铁蛋白含量的结果表明：１２６例新生儿脐血红细胞铁蛋白为１６１．４±６７．５ａｇ／ｃｅｌｌ，脐血红细胞铁蛋白含量与血清铁蛋白及血红蛋白含量均呈显著正相关。红细胞铁蛋白含量与体内铁储备密切相关，它不受其他因素的影响，对评价新生儿铁储备的作用优于血清铁蛋白。

The contents of red cell ferritin were determined in 126 newborns cord blood by an Radioimmunoassay.The results showed that the mean content of red cell ferritin was 161. 4±67.5 ag/cell in the newborns cord blood, the contents of red cell ferritin presented correlation with that of serum ferritin and hemoglobin in the newborns cord blood.The content of red cell ferritin had close relation with rion stores in the body. Red cell ferritin was superior to serum ferritin for evaluating the iron stores of the newborns in that its content wasn't affected by other factors.
