氯化物硫酸盐混合体系电积金属镍中涂层钛阳极的研究 被引量:4

STUDY ON COATED TITANIUM ANODE FOR NICKEL ELECTRODEPOSITION IN MIXED SYSTEM OF CHLORIDE AND SULPHATE

摘要 所测定的硫酸根含量不同时阳极的电化学性能数据表明,本文研制的新涂层(Ir-RuPdTi)钛阳极对于放氯、放氧反应具有较高的电催化活性.这样在电积提取金属时可节省电能消耗,与石墨阳极相比,每生产1t镍可节省电能360kW·h.新涂层钛阳极放氯效率很高,达97.1%,而且不受硫酸根含量的影响,从而克服了SO离子浓度升高,石墨阳极析红过程受影响,放氯效率降低的缺点. Electrochemical properties of a newly-developed coated Ti anode(IrRupdTi)in several mixed systems of chloridede and sulphate containing different SOconcentrations have been measured,Data show that the anode has good electrocatalytic activity in the evolution reaction of chlorine and oxygen, leading to a decrease of powerconsumption in metal electrowinning.Compared with the graphite anode,it can save 360kW·h per ton nickel in production.The efficiency of chlorine evolution on the new anode can come up to 97.1 % without any influence of the SO content.In this case, the drawback of graphite anode that with the increase of SO concentration,the chlorine evolution process is affected and its efficiency is decreased can be overcome.
