萤石与重晶石浮选分离的研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用改性水玻璃H1101混合剂浮选分离萤石与重晶石获得稳定的良好指标.经过捕收剂作用的萤石或重晶石泡沫,在100mg/LH1101的条件下,98%(质量分数)的重晶石在精选过程中被抑制,约85%的萤石进入最终泡沫.用500~1500g/tH1101和油酸浮选不同比例的萤石和重晶石混合矿(精选4~6次),99%的重晶石留在槽内,萤石泡沫含CaF2>98.5%,回收率98%~80%.萤石-重晶石矿石浮选,适量的H1101可以获得常规药剂(Na2CO3+Na2SiO3)难以得到的优质萤石精矿,品位>98%,回收率>80%.特别是用H1101分离含重晶石61%和萤石15%的复合矿石,在产出合格萤石精矿的同时,使重晶石精矿符合标准(密度>4.2),它们的回收率分别达到72%和94%,红外光谱及能谱分析结果与相应的浮选指标相吻合. Stable and good results have been achieved for the flotation-separation of fluorite and barite by adopting modified water glass H1101 mixed reagent. Fluorite or barite foam is treated with collectors. In 100mg/L H1101, 98 mass % barite is depressed in the concentration process, while about 85% fluorite enters the final foam. 500-1 500g/t H1101 and oleic acid are adopted to float mixed ore of fluorite and barite at different ratios (concentrated for 4 - 6 times), 99% barite is remained in the sluice, the fluorite foam contains CaF2over98. 5%, the recovery is 98%- 80%. For the flotation of fluorite-barite ores, proper dosage of H1101 can result in high-grade fluorite concentrate (grade>98%,. recovery>80% )which is difficult for the conventional reagent (Na2CO3 +Na2SiO3) to achieve. Especially when H1101 is used to separate a composite ore containing 61 % barite and 15 % fluorite, quality fluorite concentrate is produced, up-to-the-standard barite concentrate (density>4.2) isgained at the same time, with the recovery of 72% and 94%, respectively. Analytical results by IRS and ES are well conformable to the corresponding flotation results.
