摘要
用我们自己合成的HEH(EHP)萃淋树脂,研究了淋洗液酸度、淋洗液流速、稀土负载量和树脂粒径对Tb-Dy元素分离的影响.并以铽镝富集物为原料,进行了铽镝分离工艺扩大试验,结果获得实收率>94%,纯度大于99.95%的Tb4O7和实收率>85%,纯度大于99.50%的Dy2O3。
With the extracting-stripping resin synthesized by ourselves, the influence of the acidity and flow speed of the stripping solution, the load of RE and the particle size of the resin on the separation of Tb from Dy has been studied. In addition, taking the Tb-Dy concentrate as raw material, we conducted the pilot test for the Dy-Tb separation process. Results obtained are as follows: the purity of Tb4O7 is more than 99. 95 % with a recovery of over 94% and the purity of Dy2O3 is 99. 50% with a recovery of over 85%.
