提供一个在ＶＡＸ机上设计和实现的英语课件写作系统ＥＣＷＳ．该系统具有良好的课件写作界面，可方便地生产出英语课件，并能提供题库各种技术指标．
This paper represents a model of English courseware authoring system which was implemented on VAX.The system provides a friendly interface of authoring.It can produce English courseware easy, and can provide various targets item pool.
