用将限制条件代入拉格朗日函数的方法，建立一个判断条件极值的充分条件。避免了求隐函数的二阶导数，在应用上更具实用性。

In this paper,a sufficient condition for determining conditional extremum is giventhrough the substitution of restrictive conditions in Lagrange function.With this method,one can avoid calculating the second-order derivative of implicit function,and make it morepracticable in applications.
