磷钨酸催化合成富马酸二甲酯的研究

A STUDY ON SYNTHESIS OF THE DIMETHYL FUMARATE WITH PHOSPHO-TUNGSTIC ACID CATALYST

报道了以磷钨酸作催化剂合成富马酸二甲酯的方法，找出了合成富马酸二甲酯的最佳工艺条件．本工艺的特点是反应时间短（４ｈ）、酯收率高（～９０％）、催化剂经简单再生回收后可以多次重复使用、无腐蚀设备及“三废”处理等问题存在．

The method and the best condition using the Phospho-tungstic acid to replace H2SO4 as the catalyst to catalytic esterification of the fumaric acid and the methanol for preparing the DMF,have been reported.Such method has the advantage of short react time,high ester yield,reutillization and simply reproduction of the catalyst,no corrosion,no pcllntion.
