摘要
通过离子交换纤维──一种新的离子交换材料,对毛发水解液脱色的试验,探索在胱氨酸生产过程中提高脱色效果,提高胱氨酸产品纯度的途径。试验结果表明,水解液的酸浓度,处理离子交换纤维溶液的酸浓度及洗脱液的酸浓度等工艺条件对脱色效果有明显影响。
By the tests of the decolorization of hair hydrolic solution with a new type of ion exchange material-ion exchange fiber, we found the way to improve the decolorization effect-and the purity of cystine in the manufacturing process. The results indicated that the acid concentrations of hydrolic solution, acid concentrations of solution dealing with ion exchange fiber and acid concentrations of eluate solution have apparently affected the decolorization effect.
