摘要
在国内已出版发行的高等数学各类论著、教材中，对条件极值问题只给出必要条件而未见讨论充分条件。本文对这一问题进行了一般性的讨论。
There is only sufficient condition of conditioned extreme value given in higher mathematics works and teaching materials, which have been published in China, but rare discussion about essential condition.This paper give general discussion about this question.
