摘要
在盐酸介质中,超痕量钌对高碘酸钾氧化对-[(对-苯胺基苯)偶氮]苯磺酸钠这一缓慢反应具有强烈催化作用;在氢氧化钠介质中,对-[(对-苯胺基苯)偶氮]苯磺酸钠产生一灵敏的示波极谱波.据此拟定了一个检出限和测定范围分别为2×10-13kg/L,1×10-12~3.0×10-11kg/LRu的催化反应-示波极谱新方法。本法简便快速,选择性好,已用于合成试样和氯化渣中痕量钌的分析,结果满意.
Experimental results show that in hydrochloric acid medium,Ru(Ⅲ)catalyze strongly on the reaction between Orange Ⅳ and KIO4.In sodium hydroxide medium,Orange Ⅳexhibits a sensitive oscillopolarographic wave.On these grounds,a new catalytic reaction-oscillopolarographic method has been developed for the quantification of Ru.The detection limit and linear range are 2×10-13 kg/L and 1×10-12-30×10-12 kg/L Ru,respectively.The present method takes the advantages of rapidity,high sensitivity and selectivity,and has been used to the measurement of Ru in symthetic and real samples with excellent results.
