同核异质雄性不育水稻的酯酶同工酶分析

A ANALYSIS OF ESTERASE ISOZYME ON ISONUCLEAR ALLOPLASMIC MALE STERILE LINES IN RICE(ORYZA SATIVA L.)

利用聚丙烯酰胺圆盘凝胶电泳法，对以水稻金南特和朝阳一号为细胞核供体，野败、红莲、东野、隆野、冈、Ｄ为细胞质的两套８种同核异质不育系及其保持系进行酯酶同工酶的分析．结果表明由核基因控制的酯酶同工酶，在同核异质雄性不育系中，不同细胞质因子对其影响较小．

By means of disc polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,the isoenzyme patterns of esterase were analyzed with eight isonuclear alloplasmic male sterile lines and their B-lines with Jin Nan Te and Chao Yang I as nuclear donor and WA,HL,Dong Ye,Long Ye,G,D.as cytoplasm.The results show that esterase isozymes contraled by the nuclear genes are in the isonuclear allopasmic male sterile lines,and aren't nearly effected by various cytoplasmic factors.
