摘要
通过对基因互作方式的分析,提出了两对独立遗传基因6种工作类型的代谢机理:1)基因产物──酶的互补或酶的催化产物互补形成基因的互补作用;2)两种酶既可产生互补产物也可各自产生相似的终产物便可导致累加作用;3)两种酶分别催化两种前体形成相同的终产物或作用同一代谢反应可形成基因重叠作用;4)隐性基因的产物──无活性酶对显性基因的产物──活性酶的前位效应就是隐性上位的代谢机理制;5)在两对独立遗传基因中,其中一个基因的酶具有双重作用:其一是抑制,其二是促进,这种酶的双重作用就形成了显性上位;6)基因的抑制作用表现在酶或其产物对另一种酶的活性抑制.
The metabolic mechnisms of 6 gene interaction types between two paired independent genes have been set up through analysis of interaction types: 1)the gene-complementary effect is produced by the complement of two gene's enzymes or of the metabolic productscatalysed by the enzynes;2)the metabolic mechanism of additive effect is that the gene's enzymes produce not only complementary product but also analogous terminal products respectivelys;3)gene duplicate effect results from that the two gene's enzymes catalysis respeCtively two different or the same substrats to produce the same terminal product;4)the former seat effect of inactivation enzyme for activation enzyme is the metabolic mechanism of recessive epitasis;5)in two paired genes,a gene's enzyme has two effects of which one is inhibition effect,the other is catalysis,the two effects of the enzyme produce dominant epistasis;6)gene inhibition effect is to be that a enzyme or its product inhibits the activation of the other.
