摘要
研究电滋波在电离层中传播时，把电离层看成等效介质，用电偶极子模型的方法导出电离层的折射率，并进行讨论．
Studying the propagation of electromagnetic waves in the ionosphere which is considered as an equivalent medium,the refractive index in the ionosphere is derived with the method of electric dipole model, and is discussed in this paper.
