摘要
在三碘季胺酚制动下,对53只家兔进行实验。共引导海马单位放电246个,其中仅对伤害性刺激有反应的73个,包括痛兴奋单位53个(占21.6%),痛抑制单位20个(占8.13%)。当刺激体感Ⅰ区或腓神经时,痛兴奋单位放电增加,时程延长,如果两项刺激同时作用,痛放电较任一单项刺激放电增加更明显,具协同兴奋的效应。电针两侧“内关”透“外关”后,重复上述实验,使痛兴奋单位放电减少,具有明显针效的7个,有效率达87.5%,痛抑制单位放电抑制的现象减弱或解除抑制,观察4个单位均呈明显针效,有效率达100%。注射杜冷丁后,对痛兴奋单位的影响与针效类似。提示:体感Ⅰ区参与了海马痛觉及电针镇痛的调节过程。
Single unit discharges of 246 neurons in the hippocampus of rabbits were re-corded with glass microelectrodes.Amo ng the 246 units studied, there were 53 excitatoryneurons and 20 inhibitory neurons.①The discharge electric frequency of the excitatory units ofthe hippocampus was increased when the somatosensory area I(SI area) or the peronaeus nervewas stimulated.The increase in the discharge frequency was greater when the SI area and theperonaeus nerve was simultaneously stimulated.Such effects were reduced after acupuncture.②The discharge electric frequency of the inhibitory units of the hippocampus was decreased orstopped during stimulating the SI area or the peronaeus nerve.The inhibitory effects of thepain-inhibitory units were abolished after acupuncture.The results suggest that the SI areatakes part in the modulation of the pain sensory information of the hippocampus andacupuncture analgesia.
