摘要
光镜观察第15、17和19期鸡胚连续切片(H—H分期法),计算机数字化仪测量心室部位,并计算心室腔平均容量,心室壁各层平均体积和心室平均总体积。结果显示,第15期鸡胚的心室内尚未能辨认小梁结构,第17期时出现小粱结构,第19期小梁已完全形成。在小梁形成期间,随着心胶质逐渐减少,心室腔容量和心肌膜体积的构成比逐渐增大,心室腔容量的增加则小于心肌膜体积的增加。
Serial sections of the chick embryos at stages 1 5、17 and 19(based on H-Hstaging)were observed under LM,and measured with the computer digiplant.The mean volumeof the ventricle cavitv and each lavers at the ventricular wall was calculated.The result showedthat the ventricular trabeculae were not distinguishable at stage 15,but appeared at stage 17,and were well developed at stage 19. During the formation ofthe trabeculae,the ratio of the cav-ity volume and the myocardial volume of the ventricular area gradually increased with the de-crease of the cardialjelly. The volumetric increases of the ventricle cavity was smaller than thatof the myocardium.
