5例β—地中海贫血的骨髓超微结构

ULTRASTKUCTURE OF BONE MARROW IN 5 β-THALASSEMIA PATIENTS

用透射电镜对５例β－地贫血骨髓进行检查，结果发现幼红细胞铁沉积增多，胞浆有α链沉积的包涵体、核膜明显改变，核异染质浓聚，部分红细胞呈两头膨大，中间丝状改变。

This paper reported the TEM ultrastructure obserration of the bone marrow in 5patient with β-thalassemia, In the normoblasts there was an increase in the irondeposition,There were inclusion bodies of the deposits of the a chain in the cytoplasm,significantchcages of the nuclear menbranes and heterochromatin accumulation in the nuclei. Some of theerythrocytes had a dumbbell shape。
