摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板状电泳法比较研究了广西北部、南部和西部三地区的微小按蚊乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和酯酶(EST)同工酶谱。LDH同工酶谱中,桂南微小按蚊(A.m.S)和桂西微小按蚊(A.m.W)各有一条相同的慢带,而桂北微小按蚊(A.m.N)显示5条紧相邻的酶带。EST同工酶谱可分为三个相应间区。A.m.N,A,m.W和A.m.S分别显示10、9和7条酯酶带;Ⅱ间区内的主带有明显区别:A.m.N为Rm48,A.m.W为Rm43,而A.m.S则有Rm43和Rm46两条主带。三地微小按蚊EST同工酶谱存在明显差异,其差异的程度在A.m.N与A.m.S之间比A.m.N与A.m.W之间为大。可能是由于不同纬度的地理隔离因素造成。
LDH and EST isozyme patterns of An,minimus from north(A.m.N),south(A.m.S)and west(A.m.W)Guangxi were compared by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis。A.m.S and A.m.W each exhibited a similar single LDH band of lower relative mobility, whileA.m.N had 5 tightly arranged bands.The EST bands of A.m.N,A.m.W and A.m.S were 10,9and 7 in number respectively and they might be divided into three zones,Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ.In zone Ⅱ,A.m.N,A.m.W and A.m.S exhibited the main bands Rm48.Rm43 and Rm43 and Rm46respectively.It was shown that the differences of EST banding patterns between A.m.N andA.m.S were more distinct than the differences between A.m.N and A.m.W。It seemed that thefarther apart the geographic distribution of the mosquitoes,the greater the difference was inEST isozyme patterns。
