摘要
用ＧＣ／ＭＳ从山矾花精油中鉴定出６８个化合物。主要芳香成分为方樟醇１８．３５％；反式－氧化芳樟醇（吡喃型）４．５６％顺式－氧化方樟醇１．４０％：β－紫罗兰酮１．２２％；反式－氧化方樟醇０．９５％；顺式－氧化芳樟醇〔吡喃型）０．５３％：γ－癸内酯０．０５％；δ－癸内酯０．１１％二氢－β－紫罗兰酮０．１１％、四氢－β－紫罗兰酮０．０６％．
The essential oil from the fresh flower extract of Symplocos sumunliaBuch.-Ham. ex D. Don was prepared by steam distilation. The flowers were collectedfrom Bo Long Zai near Guiyang, Guishou province. There are 68 components in theessential oil identified by GC/MS on Finnigan-4510 instrument. The major components of the arom are linalool (18.35%), trans-linalool oxide (pytan ) (4.56%), cislinalool oxide (1. 4%), β-lonone (1. 22%), trans-linalool oxide (0.95%), cis-linalooloxide (pyran ) (0.53%), γ-decalactone (0.05%), δ-ecalactone (0.11%), dihydro-β-lonone (0. 11%) and tetrahydro-β-lonone (0.06%), This research will Provide a scientific basis for the exploitation and application of the plant resoureces of Symplocossumunlia.
