摘要
朱顶红是石蒜科朱顶红属植物。我们对它进行了核型分析，结果表明，它是一个三倍体种，核型公式为：２ｎ＝３ｘ＝３３＝１２ｍ＋９ｓｍ＋１２ｓｔ。
The somatic chromosome numbers in root-tip cells of Hippeastrum rutilum(Ker ) Herb. are found to be 2n=33. The karyotype formular is 2n=3x=33=12m+9sm+12st. The length ratio of chromosomes is 2.07. Therefore, the karyotypebelongs to '3B' of Stebbins karyotype symmetry. The index of karyotype asymmetry(As. K% ) is 72.59.
