摘要
将１６７的用顺铂为主进行化疗的恶性肿瘤患者分为２组，以健脾补肾法观察化疗药物对肾功能的影响。治疗组加用中药健脾补肾方剂，结果治疗组肾功能损害的发生例数低于对照组。两组对比尿素氮（ＢＵＮ）、肌酐（Ｃｒ）有明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０２５），常规有差异，但无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
The author devided 167 cases with malignant tumour treated by chemotherapy of DDP, into two groups. The effect of chemotherapeutants was observed on kidney function with the treatment of strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidneys in control group.Besides chemotherapeutants,the patients were also treated with chinese herbs used for strenghtening the spleen and tonifying the kidneys in treatment group. The results showed that the incidental number of impairment of renal function of the treatment group is lower than that of the control group. There were distinct differences between BUN and Cr in the two groups(p<0.005,P<0.025), and some differences in routine uronoscopy, but not so obvious(P>0.05)。
