Pilot-Test Report on Formulation and Technology of “Chan Shi Jing” Suspension

本文介绍了由噻嗪酮和异丙威复配的蝉虱净悬浮剂的中试砂磨工艺及产品的性能。按照优化配方重复试验,结果表明配方是可靠的、操作条件是合理的、砂磨罐一步研磨工艺是可行的。中试产品具有良好的流动性、悬浮率高,长期存放不易分层和沉降;尤其是具有高的物理和化学贮存稳定性。产品质量性能已达到国内农药悬浮剂的先进水平。

This paper introduces pilot grinding technology and performance of 'Chan Shi Jing' suspension, which is prepared from Buprofezin and Isoproearb. According to the selected optimum recipe, the results are, the formulation is reliable, condition is rational and one step grinding with sand-mill is practicable.This test product has good flowability, high suspending rate, non-settling after long term storage, and can not be easily isolated, particularly, it has high phyaical and chemical storage-stability. The quality of the product has reached advanced levels of pesticide suspension in China.
