An Improtant Utilization of C_4 Hydrocarbons, Particularly Isobutane, for Chemical Industry

本文探讨了C_4化工利用的一个重要方面,特别是异丁烷的化工利用,通过催化脱氢、醚化、氧化等工艺过程,以取得甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、环氧丙烷(EBA)等重要的化工产品,在涉及的工艺过程中,脱氢膜催化和异丁烯(叔丁醇)一步选择氧化是正在研究开发中的工艺过程,有可观的经济价值,预期近年内会取得突破。

In this paper an important utilization of c4 hydrocarbons , particularly isobutane, for chemical industry is discussed. A lot of important petrochemicals, as MTBE , MAA, propy-lene oxide, may be obtained from isobutane by dehydrogenation, esterification, oxidation reactions etc . Membrane catalytic dehydrogen and direct selective oxidation (single step process) of isobutene (t-butanol)are being researched and developed . These processes have very high economic value and will bring about a great sucess in several years.
