益气活血注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭临床研究

A Clinical Study of Injectio Yi Qi Huo Xue for Chronic Heart Failure

本文以益气活血注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭，采用随机分组、安慰剂对照平行设计的方法。同步观察了慢性心力衰竭患者的主要症状体征疗效，心功能分级疗效、心衰记分、阻抗心功能等指标变化。实验结果表明：本益气活血注射液能明显改善心衰患者的临床症状（总有效率为８５％），提高左室泵功能，降低心脏前后负荷，显示出良好的临床疗效和血液动力学效应，为中医急症治疗提供了新的方法。

The effect of Injectio Yi Qi Huo Xue(lnj.YQHX) for chronic congestiveheart failure was studied with a randomized placebo-controlled trial.Theinfluences on cardinal symptoms, cardiac functional grading,heart fdilurescoring and impedance cardiac function were observed synchronously.Theresult showed that lnj.YQHX can remarkablly improve the patients' clinicalsymptoms (total effective rate 85%),enchance the pump function of leftVentricle and decrease the preload and afterload of the heart.lt was shownthat lnj.YQHX exerts a good clinical effect and hemodynamic effect.ThisprovideS a new TCM therapy for emergency cases.
