脑血管病患者血浆TXB_2、6-Keto-PGF_(1α)含量测定及动态观察

摘要 测定65例脑血管病患者和14名健康人血浆中TXB_2、6-Keto-PGF_(1α)的水平,结果脑梗塞患者血浆中TXB_2明显增高,6-Keto-PGF_(1α)明显降低;脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血患者TXB_2变化不明显,6-Keto-PGF_(1α)明显降低;脑动脉硬化患者的TXB_2、6-Keto-PGF_(1α)均无明显变化。脑梗塞患者48h、10d、30d的动态观察结果表明TXB_2发病后逐渐降低,至30d时趋于正常水平,6-Keto-PGF_(1α)逐渐升高,至10d时趋于正常水平。提示TXA_2-PGI_2平衡失调参与脑血管病的发病,其动态变化与脑梗塞病病情发展有一定关系。 The concentration of plasma TXB_2 and 6-Keto-PGF_(1α) in 65 cases with cerebrovascular diseases and 14 normal controls were determined by RIA.The results showed that the amount of plasma TXB_2 in cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that in normal controls, whereas the amount of nlasma 6-Keto-PGF_(1α) lower. A dynamic observation of 48h,10 days and 30 days after attack of cerebral infarction demonstrated that plasma level of TXB_2 gradually decreased after 48 hours, and returned to a normal level after 30 days. These findings suggest that TXA_2-PGI_2 imbalance is involved in the pathogenesis of cerebrovascular disecanes and the changes of TXA_2 and PGI_2 imbalance is involved in the pathogenesis of cerebrovascular diseases and the release are related to the development of cerebral infarction.
