抗癌新药吗特灵胸腔内注射治疗癌性胸积液2例报告

Intrapleural Injection of Mateling for Carcinomatous Pleural Effusion:A Report of 2 Cases

２例癌性胸积液患者在连续穿刺抽液，分次将胸腔积液尽可能排干后胸腔内注射抗癌新药吗特灵。注药后连续观察３月。症状、体征明显好转，未发现注药本身引起的毒副作用，胸片、Ａ超提示胸腔积液增长明显地延缓、受限，未再重抽液。故本疗法具有临床应用价值。

Mateling,a new anticarcinogen,was injented intrapleurally to 2 casessuffering from carcinomatous pleural effusion after the fluid was aspirated asmuch as possible. After 3 months of treatment,the symptoms and signs werealleviated obviously and no side and toxic effects were observed.X-ray andA-type ultrasonography revealed that the development of pleural effusion wasevidently delayed and limited.t is considered that this therapy shows a precticalvalue for clinical application.
