低能量激光结合中药治疗顽固性中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变

Treatment of Intractable Central Serous Choroido-Retinitis by Low-Energy Laser Therapy and Chinese Herbal Drugs

利用低能量染料激光光凝渗漏点，结合中药治疗按常规中西药连续治疗２个月至半年，而仍难于奏效的顽固性中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变患者１２例１２眼。结果：治愈１０眼．好转１眼，无效１眼，总有效率达９１．７％。说明运用激光结合中药治疗该病，视力恢复明显，疗程缩短，疗效满意。

Gemerally central serous choroido-retinitis were treated by traditional Chinesemedicine or western medicine or combination of both and the curative effectwas satisfactory in most cases. However,some of them were ineffective withfrequent relapses,so that their visual acuity cannot be restored.The authorsapplied low-energy dye laser therapy associated with routine treatment ofChinese herbal drugs and western medicine for 12 intractable cases(12 eyes)for 2 to 6 months, and a satisfactory result was obtained.
