摘要
以生石膏制成静脉注射液,该制剂止痛效能的实验研究表明,对炎症早期反应(如毛细血管通造性增加及大白鼠足跖肿胀反应)有明显而持久的抑制作用,对炎症晚期反应(棉球肉芽肿)具有明显减轻肉芽肿重量的作用。扭作法、热板法的动物实验显示有明显镇病作用,电刺激隐神经C类纤维传入冲动引起的大脑皮层体感区诱发电位引起的疼痛反应(C-CEP).该制剂具有明显的抑制作用。与吗啡对C-CEP的抑制作用相似,对c一CEP的抑制作用既能被纳洛酮翻转,又能被异搏定所拮抗,提示该制剂的中枢镇痛作用可能与Ca ̄(++)有关,并可能是通过促进内阿片败释放而发挥镇痛作用。因而该制剂的止痛效能与消炎和选择性中枢镇痛作用有关。
Injectio Gypsum is intravenous preparation with antiphlogistic and analgesic actions.Experimental studies showed that it could be inhibit the early inflammatory response(increased capillary permeability and metatarsal swelling)and late inflammatory response (increased weight of cotton-ball induced granuloma).Its analgesic effect was shown by body torisiversion test and hot plate test in animals. It could also counteract the pain response after electric stimulation, which was shown as electric potential in the body-sensory region of cerebral cortex evoked by the afferent impuise in the C-fiber f saphenous nerve (C-CEP) It C-CEP inhibitory effect was similar to that of morphine,and could be turned over by naloxone and counteracted byverapamil.It is suggested that the central anaigeSic effect of Injectio Gypsum may be related to Ca ̄(++) and probably acts through the promotionh of endorphin release.
