人体老化度实用检测方法探讨

摘要 在筛选衰老指标的基础上,用多元回归方法建立计算人体生物学年龄的方程。并以生物学年龄与日历年龄的比值来表示人体老化度,结果表明:(1)所选各衰老指标均与年龄有显著相关性。相关系数r=(0.3088~0.8162),P<0.01~0.001。(2)多元回归方程复相关系数r=0.8455,P<0.001.同时引进年龄因素作为自变量,使该方程能更全面、更准确地衡量人体老化度,本文还探讨了衰老指标的选择原则、合理性和临床实施问题。 In this paper,the equation calculating human biological age was esta-blished by means of multiple regression analysis on the basis of screening senium parameter, The human Senescence degree was expressed with the ratio between biological age and calendar age.The results showed: 1)All neniumm indicators involved were significant related to age with the correlation coefficent(r-value) ranging 0.3088-0.8162, P<0.0l or 0.001.2)multiple correlation coefficlent in multiple regression equation waS 0.8455,P<0.001.The age factor as an independent variation was involved in the multiple regression equation in order to evaluate completly and accuretly the human senescence degree. The election principle and reasonality of senium indicator and some problems on clinical measurement were also discussed.
